Chicken breast can be a great choice if you are preparing lunch for your friends or family. But if you want the lunch to be a more special one, then you should try this next recipe which add some extra flavors to the regular way of preparing chicken breasts. You will need:
• one boneless and skinless chicken breast;
• two tablespoons of cream cheese;
• one tablespoon of green onion (you will have to chop it);
• two pieces of bacon (cooked a bit),
Start with cutting the chicken breast. You will have to cut ¼” thick pieces. Then mix the cream cheese with the onions and put this mixture on one side of the chicken. Roll the chicken breast up, to keep the cream cheese inside. Cook the bacon a bit, for a few minutes and wrap it around the chicken. Be sure to secure it with a toothpick.
Place the filled and wrapped chicken breasts on a baking paper and place them in the oven for 30 minutes and 375 degrees. When it is done, you can broil it for another 5 minutes to make the bacon crispy. Enjoy your meal!
